Looking back at our last two recruiting classes and how the current one and the 2020 classes are shaping up we are recruiting as good as anyone in the nation to truly compete for the playoffs. With the exception of elite DTs and OTs (some exceptions like Nesta) These are positions that are not abundant in South Florida. But if we identify them and attack them properly such as with Neal, etc. we can quickly get to our goal.

This isn't true as much as we all want to believe that.
Elite teams have upwards of 70% blue chip ratio i believe. Maybe higher. We're sitting around 46%. It's going to take a few more classes.

This is a great chart. Very nice find.
I can't believe the panhandle school has 67% blue chippers and they won 3 games last year. That just speaks to the entitlement and lack of accountability within that program. I'll never forget the video of Erma Lane and the panhandle school WRs going through a drill. They were all slow, lazy, and didn't even look like they wanted to be there. They were screwed from that point forward.
Great article/chart. Here is a key quote about us: "Miami is at 46 percent and has a poor 2015 class (23 percent) cycling off the books next year" So we will probably move up in that chart and even higher with the 2020 class that is looking early on as a home run.
However the skill positions down here are so talented that some 3 star players will be fine, where I see the deficiency is in the trenches. Specifically several 4* and 5* DT and OT.
