Timetable for new coaches

When do you think we hear about any new offensive coaches to hired? We all pretty much assume Barry and Stubbs are gone, how long do you think it will take to hear who their replacements will be? I believe the dead period is ending soon.

I think that makes sense because the dead period ends January 17, and you probably want all your coaches by then so they can go out and recruit as soon as possible.
