Miami was dominant in its first 4 games and it had us feeling good about the team (finally). Cam Ward has looked elite and the offense is playing the best it has in decades.

But is it fair to say the teams we beat aren’t good and maybe it’s time to recalibrate are expectations for the season.

We all know Florida sucks
FAMU is FCS and got blown out by Troy
Ball State is 1-4 losing this week to James Madison 63-7
USF lost to Tulane 45-10 today
VTech lost to Vanderbilt and almost beat us

The ACC is obviously down and we don’t play any world beaters this year but dropping an ACC game or 2 wouldn’t shock me at all and I don’t think we stack up with the elite teams right now. I’m happy with the ranking but don’t think we’d beat any of top 15 teams on a neutral field. We can’t rush the ball the defense looks slow and can’t tackle and our secondary has been sorry.

Is this an overreaction? Am I crazy?
