The only way to get there attention is in the pocket book. I am not renewing if more than half of the season ticket holders bail the will get there attention.

Annually I make a game while visiting family,
I am questioning if I will go this year to a game. That's minus 4 tix from here, not much individually but adds up...

U sound like me yrs ago. I emailed Blake about 5 yrs ago and posted it here during the Golden yrs. It all adds up; students need to stop showing up and fans need to stop buying/renewing tickets or cut off all contributions.

What's going to be accomplished by calling the person that is part of the problem? Are you going to convince her to fire herself and her boss?

There's no point in harassing somebody who is incapable of making the changes that are necessary. In her world view, I'm sure she feels that she is doing a tremendous job and is accomplishing the goals that she was tasked with achieving by her superiors.

It's the priorities that are all fvcked up. The mission statement, if you will, is the problem.
