Ticket Issue?

Has anyone received their tickets from the schools general public sale tuesday. concerned there may be an issue with my account. my credit card was charged but i do not have the tickets

Got mine on StubHub and they’re also saying tickets haven’t been released from the venue yet.

I never buy from StubHub and asked a friend and he said his got released on the day of the game last year for the cotton bowl.
 
Guys - check your email if you bought to the school. and then you have to get them directly through SeatGeek Mobile app using the email in the email they sent you that they have for you or follow the directions.

You must have/setup a seatgeek account to get them, or transfer them to someone, or to list on seatgeek for sale. And it is definitely a buyer's market FYI.

the tickets brought from the university of miami are accessed through seat geek??
