Ticket Greed

As an alum since 74 i will always follow the U I’m just not sure if i can still be a rooting fan.

I had to up my donation level to $750 to have the option of buying my Green Parking passes before they sold out. My initial day to purchase my parking passes was going to be April 22nd.
i bought today and they still had every pass available outside of black.

jesus, they tried that on me but said no.. I got the blue lot no issue last year. $500 plus the cost of parking to pick immediately.

I pick Monday on the 21st at 1pm for parking so I’ll see if it works out again or I need lube like everyone suggested for last season 😂

I didn't want to take that chance. I have 16 tickets on my account and we tailgate with another 40 people. It would suck if half of us didn't have the green parking pass.

Just a thought.....
I know prices are going up every where and im sure tickets will now be part of funding NIL. But good lord the UM ticket office should be ashamed for what the are charging for single game ticket. Cheapest uppers start at 209 with mid field uppers near 300 and the lowers are 400-600+ on top of 100$ for YELLOW LOT parking. What should be a rowdy Sold Out affair under the hard rock lights may have a ton of open seats cause the school priced the fans out as there are a TON of tickets still available. SMH.
BUY. SEASON. TICKETS.

Seriously.

I have 2 tickets upper deck 3rd row and I paid a total of $650 for the entire season. Parking last year was $180. So, all in, $830.

Try going to a single NFL game or NBA game and find decent seats and you can easily spend more than what I pay for the season. It's a steal.

With that many tickets they should have you as a priority.. that’s messed up.

its. based on how much your donation is on those seats essentially. if its premium, then your required donation is more. further, you have to give separately to increase your priority even more. its a grift

I have similar seats. I live in CT but am coming down for ND and Florida. Am I better off buying those separate? Or should I get a pass? Because $180 is cheaper... Thanks.

Buy the season pass and sell the other 6 games on StubHub/SeatGeek

It’s literally the only way a blue collar slob like me was able to afford so many games over the years. If you just buy one or two individual game tickets, especially if they’re that seasons “premier games”, you’re going to end up spending more than just buying the season tickets. You can always recoup a portion of the money by selling tickets and parking passes for games you don’t attend. Although I probably only did that a handful of times over 20 years.

If you really want to maximize your budget, buy the season tickets and sell the UF and Notre Dame tickets and parking passes. You’ll probably end up turning a profit. At the very least every other game will essentially be free. I don’t personally recommend skipping the two biggest games but if you’re really struggling to afford football games (like a lot of people are these days), it’s not a bad move. Especially if you have a little kid that you want to bring but not necessarily deal with the hassles of the big game environment.

I have never been to a UM home game. So I got my ticket for the ND game off Stub Hub. Not the best seat but it’s worth it to me. Gonna see if I can get down for the Florida game too
awesome! Make sure you arrive early and hit up the tailgates and take it all in, hurricane walk with the players before the game is fun too

The atmosphere will be electric

You can also just buy tickets through the Miami Hurricanes ticket office
