Three Career ending Neck injuries within 12 Months?

I'm not questioning the medical staff and I'm sure those 3 had second opinions. But 3 career enders under Richt is more than just bad luck. It's an indictment on the coaching and or training.

For those jumping on me with insults, THIS is exactly why I hate these threads. ZERO proof that coaching or training had anything to do with the injuries, but hey, let’s just throw sh*it out there because we didn’t like the coaches results.

Ha. I’ve worked as both a health care attorney and Privacy officer. There aren’t any college football exceptions within HIPAA (federal) or our state privacy law (which are actually more stringent than its federal counterpart).

For players’ information to be disclosed in any way, it must either fall under the TPO (treatment, payment, operations) exceptions or be explicitly released by an individual patient or proxy. Additionally, it must meet minimum necessary requirement standards. In other words, no information is likely to be legally released. Bad public policy to do so.

I hate everyone who had a part in this thread and brought back these haunting memories of this relatively useless information.

Thanks for chiming in Lu, especially since you're a legal expert on this topic.
As I said, I'm not an expert, but I am an IT dude working on several Federal projects, so we're constantly obliged to take annual courses on financial, medical, taxpayer-related and other personal information laws and how they are protected by law (concept lost by some folks in media and politics).
Heck, we had someone get in trouble when he said a fellow team member was out because of surgery that he was very specific in describing to colleagues at a meeting.

This is perhaps the dumbest and most uninformed paragraph ever written about any subject in the history of mankind.

What a surprise. Just a few generic insults I've seen you use around here before. You're so predictable. I've got a great and fulfilling life. You stomping around CanesInsight belittling people and trying to show this tough guy confidence isn't fooling anyone. You're insecure and lonely.

Have you tried Meetup.com? Or maybe therapy?

The fact that you try to justify your life on an anonymous fan site, and that you were actually interested in my outside life outside of a few comments on this site, tells me everything I need to know about you.

Grow the fūck up, you insect.

You need to worry about being a better educated person, or you’re the one that’s going to lead a miserable fūcking life and not understand anything that goes on around you.

Pretty hard to blame the medical staff for career-ending neck injuries.
Not exactly what I was saying but I definitely phrased it poorly. I don't think the two are causally related but they are related topics: injuries and the training staff. I figured rather than starting a new thread, I would jump in and ask if Manny had fired anyone on that side since he has been on a rampage and we had a former player post his dislike for some of the staff.

I could see an instance where poor care on the front end allowed the injury to happen, however. I believe Pfenninger said he played with a fractured vertebrae, so its not a huge jump to imagine some of these other guys played through similar injuries and where therefore at a greater risk. I may be misremembering, but that is not a huge leap of logic.

Ughhhh another longwinded rant. I'm just going to finish with a Meme that I believe paints the perfect picture of your social life.

We all understand the downside to these threads..

People are insulting you bc you come off as pretentious. It ain't that serious.

He’s not coming off as pretentious, unless pretentious is knowing what the fūck you’re talking about. Jesus you people are dolts

****, this sounds like a political term out of Hillary Clinton's playbook: "misremembering.''
