We need a savage that is emotional to un neuter our culture. Tubbs isn't that guy although a solid coach
 
He's not going anywhere. No pressure and close to his wife's family. He's going to retire from the spot he's in and he's just taking it easy.

But to answer your question we don't want him nowadays anyway
