That can happen now in the current incarnation, but its very hard and very rare.

Need to keep a player on your board despite being committed elsewhere and have him for an incredible visit. Rarely see the flip, but it happens. I've had it happen one time in this incarnation.

Sounds like way too much. We have guys in our dynasty that just play and play and learn all the nuances, buttons, etc. Then you have guys like me that just want to recruit and play every 3 days when we advance. Guess we will see what it is when it comes out. I'm just glad we have the game again!
 
All the new changes to dynasty are going to be fun. Been asking for verbal commitments for a long time, hiring support staff, managing NIL between roster retention and recruits. Varying budgets for each program so taking a 1 star program to 5 star program will take time. Finally gives dynasty a challenge because it’s too easy currently.

It looks pretty well done, you can express interest in other teams openings but it will sacrifice coach stability at your current team because you’re looking to leave. You can take other schools coaches, see more than just the schools interested in you. Good improvements, the logic behind TBD

The bordeaux dude on YouTube showed gameplay of dynasty last night. It’s more stuff now but it don’t seem that bad
 
I played the beta. Dynasty is a little deeper, coaching carousel is a lot better, more position archetypes seem useable, Adding Dynasty Points which is basically the school budget adds a nice addition but it isn't groundbreaking. Gameplay seems better. All the different defensive playbooks is exciting.
