The point spread line movement has been nothing short of atrocious. Granted, there's a week left before the game, but the fact Vegas didn't budge the line after Hornibrook was declared out is disconcerting, to say the least.

I'll be at the game, would prefer to see Jarren as the QB and observe his mechanics up close, but want nothing more than a win.

My thoughts exactly. It is as meaningless as it gets. Nobody will be watching etc. But for the administration a bowl win would give them some bs to spin for reasons to keep Richt

Disagree.
We could win 50-0.
Rich't seat will still be real hot if we're not ACCCG bound next year.

I do understand the “seriously sub-par” season, so let’s give the newcomers some realtime seasoning in whatever games are left and hope it pays us back in futures.

I also understand, and favor, the “my team did better than yours” dynamics, or whatever you might want to call the desire to win as many as possible with the most reliable personnel. I (have the misfortune to) live in a shared FSU household, and to go to a bowl and finish a respectable 8-5 is by no means small potatoes for me on a comparison basis…

… I much prefer that 8-5 outcome to saying “we didn’t play the Wisconsin game totally all-out seriously as we wanted to give next year’s likely starters some good experience, even if it might mean a loss”.

While my perspective may be in the minority at CIS, it is shared by many fans and UM supporters or principals.

It would be nice if there were at least some gentile “agree to disagree” about this issue around these parts.
