They have all been terrible-the what ifs are endless on who should have been hired.

I fear that it has fallen so far that good choices are becoming untouchable. At some point coaches have to do what is best for them and the way this administration behaves leaves a lot to be desired.

This has to be fixed quickly or we really will fall into mediocrity forever.
