Manny needs to hire a new, dynamic OC for his tenure to be successful. The new OC should dictate which coaches on remain on offense.
Manny needs to set friendships aside, if he wants to succeed. He has to start fresh with a dynamic OC. His hire will not work out if he stays with the same group on offense.
There is no way Thomas Brown should a remain as a co-OC, assistant HC or anything other than RB coach (if that). I wasn't overwhelmed by the performance of the RBs. Granted, a large part of that was the play of the OL (we definitely need a new OL coach) but the running game was average at best this year. This is RB U. Our running game should be exceptional with the athletes we have. It will need to be to get to 11+ wins. FACT.
I would only maybe keep Hartley as TE coach (give special teams to another coach as they badly need to be fixed to turn this around).
