Really need that Vandy transfer behind the plate to be a guy. Both offensively and behind the plate.

Who is going to play 2B? Wallen? Gonzales? We have no infielders. I thought maybe Burke would be an infielder here as he played 3B some at SE LA but he’s listed as OF. We are thin in the infield.

Judging by the last two scrimmages, JD Jones looked pretty good behind the plate. He's gonna push Romero. Jacob Burke has some pop. Gaby Gutierrez reminds me of a right-handed Toral. A healthy Mike Rosario looks to be a breakout player, too.

BA’s All American selections are historically based on pro prospects rather than college performance. At one point it was entirely outsourced to pro scouts, but I’m not sure if it still is.

Still is. And no surprise with Mederos, he has easy 1st rd stuff. But he struggled with consistency in HS, here, and on the Cape, so we'll see.
