can you imagine a 3 deep of defensive ends coming at offensive tackles wave after wave? c'mon, thomas a j jackson, harris and d jackson, garvin and d johnson, patchan (if he's still there).

If we get leads and the 3rd string can just get after the QB, it will be unlike anything we have seen in many. many years. Not even in 2001 did we have D-line depth like this.
 
i hear you, but, there isn't much drop off from the 1st 2 to the back ups. just rotate and keep guys fresh getting after it. it will be a competition to see who gets tackles and sacks.
 
no way. it was the 1st game. a lot of teams lost as many players as we have and don't have the talent.
