Bottom line, we have the recipe that EVERY head coach at EVERY level of football craves.

A good OC and a good QB. It's amazing how many deficiencies get covered up with that combo. All of a sudden the O-line looks competent.

We sucked last year. We couldn't buy a 3rd down conversion. We couldn't move the ball. We couldn't kick field goals. We lost to FIU, GT, and LA Tech - and we lost ugly.

If you can't enjoy a game like tonight after what we've seen the last few years, I don't know what to tell you. I guess some people won't be happy unless we're instantly Natty contenders.

Good thread. I think Miami rolls FSU next week and goes into Clemson with an outside shot of being ranked in the top 10. Oklahoma is at #11 right now, and you can't tell me that a team that only scored 16 points on Ok St is better than Miami.
