This Staff is CRUSHING It

Earlier today I asked myself when was the last time we had a proven P5 head coach at Miami? 15 years?

I don't expect fireworks in 19 days but I do expect this class to be rounded out nicely.
I AM expecting big things from this program as we move forward.

lets see how they finish but their approach is light years ahead of the last staff. All of them tweeting throughout the day. D'Onfrio, Williams, Kehoe, Melvin I don't even recall having Twitter.....

golden was a good recruiter. he just didn't get kids that fit miami. he also seemed to get the wrong kids from south florida or not even recruit the top guys like amari cooper. stupid. didn't k now that at time. golden looked like he was mending south florida fences that lets be honest shannon burnt to the ground.

richt is gonna go after the kids bama wants. golden seemed to avoid most of them. i expect richt to close down south florida. he will get the kids he wants.

whats refreshing to me is u have a dl coach that can tell kids he visits. look i coached shane ray, kony ealy, michael sam, etc, its nice to have a wr coach tell a kid u know i coached davante parker, and other kids at louisville like michael lee harris. or i played in nfl like rumph can. that was missing on last staff.
 
Omg if i,hear golden is a good recruiter again i will fkin flip, he couldnt close and never had back up plans.

Add to that he couldn't evaluate. Wasted time and valuable ships on kids who were never should have been recruited in the first place, for either character or talent issues.

I have great presence and "exposure" in bars and night clubs, but most nights i just go home and jack myself to sleep. Lets just hope they are better at closing than I am.

Both Golden and Shannon recruited well in the beginning because you can sell the whole "We are gonna bring Miami back". I'm more interested to see how it plays out in the long run.

With that said, i have full faith in Richt. He knows how to recruit against the big boys
