This should be no more than a 1-2 loss team...

Every good thing that Manny has done this season was done as a result of outside pressure.

* Manny started doing tackling drills in practice after the national media called out the Canes for being the worst tackling team in CFB.

* Manny started playing the freshman only after being called out for showing favoritism.

* Manny opened up the offense only when his job was on the line.

*. Had it not been for King and Bolden going down with injuries we'd never be where we are today.


Manny is a politician, not a coach. He makes decisions based on straw polls, not coaching metrics.
 
i dont know what some of yall watch week 2 week.

we got one corner. mediocre pass rush. no LBs. safeties that make a play and then put their O in a bad spot.

makes no sense that we had a stagnant offense, but the D is bereft of good experienced players.

the last 2 wins have come down to plays that were decided despite our execution. dropped wide open passes @ NCState and a safety missed call this week.


its the same team. our 2 conference losses are exactly the same as our 2 conference wins. a bounce. we have yet to dominate start to finish

Inside zone run almost cost a safety AGAIN. Wasn't the shot gun because a play later TVD throws a strike to Rambo out of shot gun. Inside zone in that scenario is stupid. Almost cost us the game. And he's done it twice. Stupid is as stupid does.

the ACC was ours for the taking...but Manny and Lash have done everything they can to keep that from happening and both need to go
that said - if the kids wanna win 6 straight for Manny...i'm all for it!
 
Just wanted to mention, gotta give Zach McCloud credit. I thought he may have played his best game at DE, and maybe overall at UM

Early on he came off the edge well, was disruptive and help set the tone defensively early as UM built a 21-7 lead

Also James Williams just keeps flashing, some of the stuff he does...

100% agree. The team as a whole is still a Manny Diaz coached average ACC team.

But TVD looks like the real deal. And a 1st round type QB takes you from 6-8 win team to playoff bound, thats just reality of college football. Hope Manny still gets the boot and new coach (Wario) has a legit QB from day 1 to roll with..
