We don’t have players with football IQs. They do dumb stuff. The funny thing about this play is the guy that sniffed it out just transferred in this year….
Thats the response you have for that play? Our defense could be as good as the 1985 bears. You aren't winning if you score 3 points.
Without a full 22 it is hard to say.Nah 8 was playing off before the snap so he might have had deep third. You can tell he didn’t have flats pre snap. I’ve never seen a corner have hook to curl in zone even in cover 2 or 6. The only 2 spots a corner covers in zone is deep third or flats (not hook to curl where he went) but either way he didn’t play his assignment smh.
Here you go! Ivey is left to think and does what he always does...makes mistakes.
When you can't out talent and you can't out smart... you are in trouble.this.
you can see plain as day what happened.
yet another millionth bust by the same guys over and over and over and over........
My thoughts as well. Jackson recognized something and tried to help. It wasn’t his assignment. That's just a heads up play by the DT and a blown assignment somewhere else.
He did mention that one should have been double coverage (likely the first TD).In the press conference when asked about big plays Steele listed several reasons for this guy or that not quite being there. He didn't mention a DT blew his 1on 1 coverage with the running back.
No it wasn’t. It was 0’s guy. 0 guessed and was on the other side of the field instead of playing his guy.6 wasn’t in coverage. He just saw the play and tried! The coverage was with the linebacker or DB who was picked .
It was 0’s guyLooks like #8 jumped an in breaking route in his zone and didn’t see 9 slip out of the back field. This is why 8 was running after him. 6 just was really good at seeing the play unfold and did his best to stop it,
#4??? HUHmeh that looks like #4 just sniffed out what was up, he wasn't supposed to be covering him. Things are bad enough as it is, we don't need to make stuff up.
It was 8's guy. Check Roman's video with overhead video. It was 0’s guy
Roman needs to get the sky view of the play. 0 was the over the top help, he guessed, and was on the other side of the field. That play happened because 0 ****ed up.It was 8's guy. Check Roman's video with overhead video.
He wasn’t in coverage. He was playing with effort and trying to make a play unlike 95% of his teammates.lmfao
I saw Travon Walker cover that route in the pro game a few times (flawlessly, too). Darrell Jackson is not him and this is college, what is that?
That play is legit funny. You could visibly see Jackson go "fvck" the second that pass leaves Travis' hand and he knew it was over.
