Has the potential…But remember we are losing 4 starting OL…I trust CMC/Mirabal to have it as a top 20-25 offensive line (maybe higher based on track record). But I think it's a bit of a reach to think we can have a top 10 OL let alone top 5-7 like we had this year.

So while I agree more weapons and maybe more downfield capability…There are ??

Btw, watching Cam's highlights at Wash St and Mensah at Duke, I see so many similarities. Plenty of differences. But still.

Cam 2023: 485 attempts, 3736 yards, 66.6%, 25 TDs, 7 INTs, 7.7 YPA
Mensah 2025: 500 attempts, 3973 yards, 66.8%, 34 TDs, 6 INTs, 7.9 YPA

Here is what stood out to me looking at his numbers from 24 to 25- Mensah had 287 pass attempts in 24 and 500 in 25, his INTs remained at 6 but his TDS went up by 12.

I’ve watched almost every snap of his ‘25 season and was surprisingly impressed with the Duke pass concept design. They schemed a lot of stuff open via matchups.
 
IMHO, Mensah and this Canes offense will put up numbers like 2024, and I would not be surprised if records from that season are broken. There is every reason to be bullish on the Canes offense next season

I haven't paid a lot of attention to him- but I thought his rushing numbers would be higher....minus the sack yardage. Well, more of I was hoping they were higher. If he can find ways to contribute on the ground on 3rd down- we should be pretty solid moving forward.

My concern was against inferior talent.

They also played well against Clemson and some other talented players, but yeah, some numbers came against poor defenses.

To be fair, Mensah himself played alongside inferior talent.

Barkate, their clear #1, will unlikely be a featured player in our offense. Great complement in certain formations, though.

Realistically we can lose 2 as long as we win the ACC. Notre Dame isn’t an ACC game so if we lose (we won’t) it’s not a huge deal. Lose only 1 ACC game and I think we will be in the ACC championship game. After winning ACC we are in the playoffs with a possible bye.
