This means war...

DiMare doesn't have much more influence. Him and Stu Miller ****ed us the last 2 hires. There is one board member who can outspend all of them combined that may just whip it out and use that power to make a decision for the board and Flake James.

Who is that?

Don’t necessarily agree with dimare being powerless bc or the past. He still wields a lot of influence in the AD

He believes in his offense and the plays they call even though they can't score any points. That's a bad coaching job. I didn't expect this type of incompetence from Richt. Too much coaching experience to not make any adjustments.

He refuses to adjust his offense to fit the skill sets of the players he has. If you go back to threads in his first year where there were arguments over which of the triumvirate of the O Line, Kaaya or Richt's playcalling was to blame, you will see that i was making the same point then...and i got downvoted heavily for it but it was obvious.

Great coaches don't square peg a round hole because they think that their system is perfect...they adjust to win. We've lost to teams with far less talent 3 weeks in a row. It's coaching.
Absolutely right. I said it too in his first year. Once he modified his approach for Kayaa, we started rolling. Had he done that from the start his first season would have been much better.

Bottom line is we need a new OC. Richt just doesn't have it.

He busted out on a QB. It happens to every coach. Look at Urban and OSU is struggling with all their 5*.
Saban literally fired Kiffin in the CFB because how bad their offense was.

In came TUA and now the offense puts up 50 points.

Right now the OLINE is really bad and the QB is bad.....

Just stop. Don’t try to play like what’s happening here is anything like Bama or osu. Those are good teams that very occasionally have trouble. We’ve had trouble all over the field for over a decade.

It's clearly banner time, what else can we do. They constantly denigrate the fans and make ridiculous statements like "IF we scored 35 points a game no one would complain."
Lol They are correct. If they averaged 35 points a game we wouldnt complain but they're not averaging close to that. They're clueless.

When you can't adapt in coaching it pretty much seals your fate.

I like Richt as an individual and he's a good man that is a good CEO type figure. However when your entire coaching staff is predicated on using Miami's talent against inferior teams to help your buddies on your staff to get coaching advancement in their careers, that's how you know something is wrong with you.

It's clear he doesn't want to chance his philosophy and for that, he's dead to me.

This QB carousel game Mork has played these past several weeks has finally caught up to him. The offense/Mork just looked desperate against POS Duke. Like a baby seal trying to swim out of a Great White's jaw type of desperate. Desperately trying anything and everything to get a score. Mork stuck with Losier hoping to get a different result each week even though EVERYONE - broadcasters, print media, fans, even the opponent - knew Losier was trash. I bet Losier himself knows he is trash. Mork should have spent these valuable weeks on the younger and more talented QBs instead he chose to cut his own nuts off again. This indecisive slow turtle reaction is why he will NEVER win a ship.

Duke didn't win this game. UM lost this game. If you are gonna talk big game Dallas, you better bring it week after week. You wanted that pressure so don't punk out now. Cager talking all summer and fall camp that he was gonna bring it. This muthafcka hasn't brought it since he stepped foot on this campus. When you have smaller hands than ESPN's Maria Taylor, you need to STFU and sit still. This offense misses Ahmmon. I miss Ahmmon. Maybe if Richt didn't make Ahmmon block so ****ingg much for a POS offense we'd might still have Ahmmon.

#****Richt Fraud. Con Artist. Liar.
I agree, but Morks incompetent handling of his QBs didn’t catch up w him yesterday, it caught up w him vs Pitt last year.

I can't believe we have people trying to justify a world where our best chance of beating Duke is in basketball... Fück all of them.

I'm sure rich is a nice guy or whatever but who cares? I don't. The fact that there are obvious problems with his sorry a offense/ preparation/ game planning and he hasn't changed shows me what kinda person he is as a coach. That's all that matters.

...on Richt and any of the slurpers on here who still defend him. It's open season on him and you.

If the qb's suck, guess what, he and his unqualified kid corched them...and picked most of them. Richt picked Searles who cant coach a lick. Richt left the Special Teams from last year as is... Fecals and all. Richt's running a 30 year old archaic offense. Richt refuses to adjust to the skill sets of his players...most of whom he picked. We've lost to UVA, BC & now Duke at home....consecutively.

Enough is enough. The BOT won't do a **** thing but that doesnt mean we have to like it or go quietly into the night. This level of corchery and arrogant incompetence is not going to be met with silence.

AMEN.

I never imagined this level of arrogant incompetence. With the talent differential we have, there is no reason more at fault for consecutive losses to UVA, BC & Duke at home than corching. Any angle you look at it it's how this shîtshow is being run by Richt.

Is it insane to think that if we had Paul Johnson as HC and ran the triple option, we'd have a much better offense than we do with Rick?

Yup, and you put it perfectly. All out war by the fan base against this coaching staff is warranted, appropriate, and necessary. Mark Richt is a clear and present danger to the UMiami football program. We must devote our all to seeing him removed as quickly as possible. It’s either that, or just give up the ship.

That's actually so true that it's sickening. If we ran that ultra archaic thing with DJ Dallas at QB our defense would rest more and we'd score more.
