Yes, the play calling improved after the 1st quarter. But because of the ineptitude in the 1st quarter, we got into a 17-0 hole and ND is terrible. If we're playing a team with a pulse it's 25-0.

And while it got better afterwards, those back to back run up the middle calls late in the 4th were infuriating. He still needs to hire an OC. Period.

These posts are dumb. The loss wasn't on Richt. The loss was on Richt, the loss was on Kaaya, the loss was on the OL. The loss was on the defense. The loss was on everyone. Richt also deserves praise for adjusting, for calling the onside kick. His first quarter or 1.5 quarters were horrible. He called a very good game after that.
 
doesn't help that our junior "early round prospect" quarterback doesn't know what it means to throw a ball away and has zero pocket presence.

If Richt calls the entire game like he called the last 2 and half quarters we win. Because he didn't call the entire game that way, we lost.

Nope. Even with his better play calls, the OL still was horrible and Kaaya still sacked himself and the D still gave up at the end. Not on him. Partially on him. You're so blinded with your hatred for Richt that you're not being rational. Understand?
 
Richt, the O-Line, and ****** tackling.
Linder and KC helped #94 get drafted tonight. He looked like JJ Watt all night. It pathetic.

If Kaaya holds the ball any longer, he might as well marry it.

We get it, Richt can do know wrong in your eyes.

We just put up 308 yards of offense vs a **** D. "Richt deserves praise", I'm dead.

He keeps thinking he can run the ball he can't. WTH can't he see it? Of course the only time he starts calling a half way decent game is when he is forced too, by then we're down by a couple of touchdowns. Stop running the ball early, pass and set up the run, he's a dumb ***. Cut his pay by 2 million and hire a real offensive coach, he sucks.

We were up 27-20 at one point. This is on Kaaya and the O-line for their craptascular play today. Richt at least adjusted like any coach should, he did his job.

Kaaya's damaged goods.
 
Richt is all talk. Any other semi-competent coach in America would have brought in the second string QB for some meaningful plays. If nothing else, maybe it would light a fire under Kaaya's ***.

You can't read. You can't comprehend. You gloss over the parts where I say the loss was on Richt...and others. The loss wasn't just on Richt. How can you be so thickheaded? He did make adjustments and the the offense moved the ball. 308 yards with the worst OL in the history of D-I football and crap QB is pretty **** impressive.

Rosier is bad. How do you not see that? You're blaming Richt because he won't put in a I-AA QB who can barely throw the ball 15 yards? Jesus you ******* people.

He's not seeing jack ****. Running a balanced offense at any expense is his goal even if it means we lose. It's the eleventh commandment. We're ****ed as a program!!

You can't throw the ball 70 times a game. You have to at least try and run or the defense will either blitz 19 guys, or drop 49 guys into coverage. You need to make them think you're going to run it. It's like some of you have never watched a real football game and have just played Madden.

Kaaya was pretty **** good in the second half. When he gets in a rhythm and has a clean pocket he's very solid. The issue is he processes his reads very slowly, so it's hard for him to get into that good rhythm. On top of that, our OL sucks and he can't move, so when there isn't a clean pocket (which is often) he's ****ed.

Still not convinced Rosier would be any better.
