It was the anniversary of NIL. He was one of the first to recognize Miami’s handling of NIL. Nothing to see here outside of one of the main authorities in the space giving Miami kudos for how they operate.

Sorry, I guess he teaches at UM, didnt graduate from UM. Do you have any opinion about the topic?

I guess I’m not following or understanding this… it’s a very nebulous and vague statement with little detail…. Not sure how anyone can glean much from this post… deets are lacking

I have no details. Just what Heitner wrote. He said he’s working on a “huge deal” for UM players (plural) and I posted it.

Vague for sure, but he’s very involved with UMs NIL/players. For instance he’s Xavier Lucas’ atty. We’ll see what comes of it if anything.

That post is from 2021. Think he's just praising Miami's use of NIL since its birth

He is a sports attorney and UM grad that is involved in NIL negotiations for athletes and successful lawsuits against the NCAA.
100% Gator Alum, who just happens to teach at UM. Also represented Darian, and Xavier to get them out of their deals when they came down here.
