Thank God CIS doesn't make decisions. I remember when Richt got hired people were ****ed that he didn't keep Beard (Sam Bruce was the reason lolololol). Dugans has all of our WR's producing (some more than other but still) and blocking well. Combine that with the fact the he is the absolute definition of an ace recruiter ( Richards recommit, Thomas out of nowhere, pope, Hightower, even Manuel the 2020 kid among others) and gets mentioned by every WR commit as a major reason they chose the U and even the kids he doesn't land(Jeudy, Copeland) talk about how he kept it real with them. Dugans has been a blessing. Also Beard has been regarded as " the worst position coach in TN history" and hasn't landed a single worthwhile SFLA kid. I heard he doesn't even coach the WRs at UT and that the special teams coordinator runs the drills. Just wow Richt made the right call here.

**** the only coaching hire that was not HEAVILY criticized was Coach Kool. The rest, Diaz (one porster called him Dale 2.0 and compared him to D'orito), Banda, Rumph, Jon Richt...the list goes on. There was a contingent here that questioned Richt. Laughable.

I think questioning is ok, but the proof is in the result and the continuation of the questioning, unquestionably, is without merit. Top to bottom, this is now a top quality program at a top quality university. When you look up a ****** you will always find ****.

Richt had the vision and is now fulfilling it with just about everything he seems to do or say.
