To UM Alumni and Canes Fans, On behalf of our coaching staff and players, I want to thank YOU for providing our team with energy last night in a packed house at Madison Square Garden. Without your support, our team never would have been able to mount the comeback we did and force overtime against Stanford. Even though we came up short, your support - the thousands of fans wearing orange & green and cheering, “Let’s Go Canes!” during crunch time - is something our team will never forget. You provided us energy, and you gave us the boost we needed to give us a chance to win.
