This coach didn’t recruit Deshaun Watson, Cam or Fromm, but made Sitowski his #1 priotity

Miami currently has 40 players in the NFL and most of them were coached in college by Shannon and Golden. Let that sink in.

They forget how Butch Davis lied and after saying he wasn't for the Browns and how a week later he left, 1 week before NSD or how we had a coach in waiting, Greg Schiano who left for Rutgers after he was told Butch was staying for awhile.
Yep. The BBB crowd who always calls people slurpers and likes to state there are no sacred cows believes in a guy who 1 big east title to his name despite having the most talented rosters when he was a coach. Dude is a corch, UNC proves it. Year 3 with the most talented roster in the Coastal the dude coudn't do any better than 4th place. not in the conference, in the division.

Keep thinking this guy knows QBs. He don’t!

He went all in on Sitowski when everyone could see he wasn’t a D1 QB, yet Richt threw all his chips on the table behind this dude.

We need a young, gifted offensive mind to lead the offensive attack. We need an OC with an attacking mindset to match attacking mindset of the defensive coaches

I think it might be worse, he DID recruit Watson....in like the last month or so..lol.

UM

There are enough lgit complaints without this crap.

IPF I agree with. The President has nothing to do Richt. We have an elite defense and **** poor offense to compliment it. Is relations in So Fla better? Yes, but what good is having good relations when we still can’t keep the elites home. It’s like having a bomb homegirl to look at it, but u ain’t never going to hit.

The argument was how is it better. I gave reasons why it was better. If you think the program's in the same shape as Al Golden, I can't help you. One factor that wasn't mentioned was S&C, because we have an actual strength coach that is certified and can actually work out the players as opposed to Swasey.

See...what Butch would've done IMMEDIATELY (Brooklyndee will vouch for what I'm saying) would of simplified the Defense....I know for a 100% Fact....If Butch saw that his LBers primary weakness was pass coverage...he would NEVER allow 2,000 blitzes a game....Ain't happening....Simpson could've EASILY co-existed with Butch....EXACT same DTs Destroying backfield in progress mentality....

The defense isn't perfect. But defense has never really been the issue since Manny's been here. We're also ranked #2 in total defense, so I don't know why this is even an issue right now.

And I agree; from a PR stand point we are better. Can I say our S&C is better when our OL is constantly getting pushed backwards? Like if the measuring stick is Golden, then I guess you're right...things are better.

After that then you will find another excuse for why Richts offensive isn’t working.
No excuses, i just know how coach richt coaches and he definitely knows talent, his resume speaks for itself. You back to when he left Fsu, their offense went down ever since until gumbo got there. At UGA you see the runningbacks and running games he had their. Right now you could make the argument that todd gurley is the best runningback in the nfl right now, we know he was last week, 208yrds.

You see the runningbacks on the roster now and if all goes well, we'll be getting stronger. The talent is coming in, and coach richt has a national championship as an oc. So he's certified, the thing is, its not hard to figure coach richt out, its well known he gets brain farts as an oc often during games, we know it well when he was the oc at Fsu, i've never been a fan of that read option crap, i'm an I-formation guy myself, Fsu's offense always seemed finess to me back in the day but they did crush other schools and sometimes us. The point is, as good as an eye for talent as butch davis had/has, he had the same philosophy as coach richt and coach spurrier, run the ball. The difference is butch used more power running formations where as coach spurrier and coach richt run out of more finess formations.

I was laughing when people said the UVA game was going to be an easy game, now we got boston college coming up, another physical team, we might need to score in all 3 phases, we got a boat load of young widereceiver talent now, with more on the way.

Coach richt resume speaks for itself, he won a national championship as an oc, and if it wasnt or us, he may have had a few national titles as an oc. After coach richt left, Fsu's offense was never feared again until gumbo got their. Now if you asking me who's the better oc out of gumbo or coach richt, i'd say gumbo is more consistent and has a better feel how to call plays from series to series, but coach richt wins games. Right now, coach richt has matthew stafford, aj green and todd gurley as evidence that his offensive system correlates at the next level. Who can gumbo fisher point to besides dalvin cook and freeman. The wideouts, where are they, you can add a few more in the nfl to coach richt's resume, gumbo has more defensive players he can point to in the nfl than offensive, famous jameiss is still at the crossroads of his career.

So im good with coach richt being here and building this thing up and bringing competent stability back to the program. Its only been 2.5yrs and the proof is their, people acting like coach richt took over a championship roster, that's what's comical to me, was the UVA lost avoidable, sure, but its not like it cost this team a national championship. Is coach richt perfect, of course not, i would've kept kehoe over stacy. But in fairness to coach stacy and coach richt, those 5 schalorships a year hurt the program in the trenches, this next class and the development of the last 2 cycles of o-linemen are the units that will propel this program back on the national stage to stay, as they go, we'll go, as well as that next wave of d-linemen, next year may not be the best year, cause we'll be young in the trenches, but after that, its should only be winning time on a consistent basis.

and one of the best assistants he ever had (from the Saban tree) didn't like his direction and openly challenged him bc he knew it was ****.
You mean the one who does know how to teach a d-line how to stop the run, Bama was getting run on all day by mizzou on saturday, looked very familiar. I never understood why coach kool was being refered to as "the best d-line coach" yeah right. He maynot be at Bama long.

Just to be clear, we Do Not have one o-linemen playing at an all ACC level except gauthier might make 2nd or 3rd team. Had donaldson stayed at guard, he would've been on one of the teams as well. So wait til we play boston college, expect another rough and rugged game from our o-line.

It’s not crap, I’m doing God’s work. The world must see who Richt truly is

Richt just announced Rosier as starter. Still think it’s crap??

I think the Sits thing is over, done with, and completely overblown.

I also think Richt is digging his own grave right now. I literally can't think of any good reason you'd give the reigns to Perry, then give them back to Rosier. Like none.

I'm done. I've been giving Richt the benefit of the doubt about a lot of things. I still think I'm right about most of them, but I'm done defending the guy. If, instead of addressing any one of the numerous things fans are ****ed about, he instead decided to give Rosier the nod instead of letting Perry learn and grown then I'm done. Unless serious changes are made you'll not hear me defending the guy again.
