This Clip sums up the team

I believe it was on the safety where Clark whiffed his block and the defender ran right around him. The CMU game was the worst the line has played and that is hard to believe considering the UF debacle.

That is some of the worst blocking I’ve ever seen. I’m actually laughing it’s so bad.

This play is the epitome of what we have seen on the oline in I can't even count in how many years. What a shame, I know everyone is on fire all the coaches train but come on, these dudes are not coached in this manner. I don't give a **** what any of you say.

It's the coach's job to get the players ready. The players are not ready.

There's an old saying about players taking on the identity of the coaches.

Im not sure Jesus Christ could fix this mess on the ol. It’s comical the level of bad in that position group.

That happened smack in front of me. You guys are neglecting to mention one thing: That play was the highlight of the offensive series.

We took over at the 7 yard line. First play was the near-safety that was barely overturned on replay.

This was the second play.

The following play was the safety

Coaches can't make chicken salad out of chicken ****.

Here's a fact, nobody on our OL looks like they belong on scholarship here. There's a coach out there, I'm sure a fair amount that could get a bit more out of them, but their ceiling is average at best. That's a problem unless their goal is average.

This far into the season, they need to step up. They need to give more effort. A perfect example is our short yardage push. We've got some big *** OL that get their crap pushed in, that's on them. Bryant McKinnie nailed it in that they don't fire off the ball, that's effort.

Yes, the playcalling doesn't help at times, but these dudes gotta help themselves.

Looks to me like the defense had the perfect play call which pretty much ruined everything regardless. If this was a counter then DJ is gone.

Why call this type of play that requires a C to pull in this part of the field. They have an aggressive front. How about a screen? Or simply run straight at them?

I know Nelson is a true freshman but man we have got to have a better option at left tackle, he was getting abused by cmu

Coaches get paid to get these guys ready to play. They are NOT average talents. They are players that many big time programs wanted. They come here and our coaches can't figure out what to do with them. They can't figure out strengths and weaknesses. They can't gameplan around what we do poorly. They can't gameplan to take advantage of what an opposing team does poorly. They are simply not good coaches. I guarantee you a better coaching staff gets more from this talent. For Christ's sake, Mark Richt would have beaten CMU, with this same **** talent, by more than 5 points. Same talent, different results.

Also, as for effort, I remember a time when players were afraid NOT to give 100% effort. You know why? They were afraid of the coaching staff. They are not afraid of a staff that likes giving them trinkets for good plays.
