he did not have two of our best receiver available. Secondly he spread the ball around. Thirdly he throws tight spiral bullets. Fourth his scrambles are to gain time to find a receiver unlike Rosier. Loved it and see him improving given a chance to continue...has Rosier ever been 10 for 11 as Perry was in the first half. Loving it!

Malik couldn’t go 10-11 against air

Imagine if Perry got legit game experience last year. I think we have a different result against LSU

Perry’s redshirted though. Only has two more games before Richt has to burn the shirt, right?

Can"t see how you could possibly come to a conclusion like this based on the evidence available. Please explain why you feel this way
Still not playbook savy n heard from several ppl connected to the program he is not as dedicated as many would like. Ask the writer on here, they will tell you the same. His mobility is much more explosive though.

I could care less if below is the extent of N'kosis playbook knowledge. He starts the rest of the season.

They barely threw the ball up the field. It was a very safe very conservative offense. Perry maybe slightly better than Malik but he is not the answer either. Williams will win the job next year.

I agree that we didn’t see that much to prove he is that much better. He had some extended plays that proved he is at least on the same level. Difference is he is 4 years younger. You have to roll with him until he has a complete meltdown and not vice versa. Let’s at least be thankful it will probably be that case. Hoping he can keep building on today and gain the valuable experience vs legit conference competition for the future.

I definitely heard that earlier on but recently both Richt and Brown have praised his continued maturity and increased grasp of the playbook. The kid is far from a finished product. I like what I see so far and expect him to only get better going forward as he gains more experience..

I’d love to know what exotic plays we can run with Rosier that we can’t run with Perry. If anything, Perry’s arm puts the middle of the field in play. Those quick slants that he was hitting are killers. The offense with Rosier has basically been RPO and low percentage deep balls to JT4.

You forgot the bubble/screen pass to the flats where Rosier's inaccurate throws require our WRs to spin around like ballerinas before taking it upfield.

Yeah when you can put that kind of zip on the ball directly on target there is nothing the defense can do about it.

That’s even more reason for him to play. He’s using raw talent & looking good. Lean on that talent & when the mental side catches up you have a star. You can coach a kid up & change the playbook. You can’t change speed, accuracy, touch, & the “it factor” None of these kids come in as geniuses in the film room. **** some leave not knowing what they need to know. So all that not knowing what to do stuff is pointless. Look around college football. Teams are playing their best guys & saying to **** with the rest.

Time will tell if Williams unseats Perry. But Perry is flat out better than Rosier provides; especially when the former's in his 2nd year of college while the latter's in his 5th year.
