Al is begging to be fired.

He gets matched up with a high powered offense.

Guaranteed this team does not show up ready or willing to play.

We could be talking about an LSU style beat down. Sumlin just signed a big deal and only won 7 albeit he lost to Bama, Miss, Miss St and LSU.
He is gonna want to beat Miami by 70.

Golden cannot survive another bowl beat down regardless of what anyone says.

I didn't think he could survive consecutive losses to FSU/UVA/PITT either... especially blow outs against UVA and PITT. But yet, here he is.

I do think we get blown out... no faith in the people running the show at Miami to do anything.
 
Texas A&M's defense is so bad Miami has a chance to win.

That's not the matchup you want to get Golden fired.

Texas A&M had 1 win against a FBS team with a winning record, lost 5 of their last 7 with one of those wins being UL Monroe.

They are 101st in yards per game, 70th in scoring defense and 111th in rush defense. Duke could break the NCAA record against them if he had a great day.
 
LULZ at 6-6 in year 4 with blowout losses to everyone not being enough to get him fired, but 6-7 with a loss in the Dave Del Dotto Bowl being too much for the stuffed shirts to handle.

I'd rather face a tough grinding team like Arkansas with something to prove. They'd get us to quit early and often with that power game. Bloat Bielema would love nothing more than to hammer the **** out of UM and open up more recruiting inroads down here.

Great chance for Canes to beat an $EC team. If team shows up they can punch them in the nose and still their milk money. Other team shows, well we know!!
 
The biggest disapointment today will be when Florida is not an option for the independence bowl, and they pass on Miami in favor of a UNC/USC matchup.
 
We have a top 15 defense and 10 players with an NFL Draft grade. We got this... Right?

There are no good bowl matchups for this team. None. It, or at least part of it, has quit on this staff. Also, losing in the SEC west is not the same as losing in the ACC coastal. Sumlin would coach circles around Golden and his sidekick DC. Not screaming Sumlin is a great coach just that he and anyone else with a pulse is going to out coach Golden.
 
Never underestimate Golden's ineptitude. He will most likely fail at trying to fail.
 
If Fat *** firing was performance based then he would have been gone already. No Matter how bad we get embarrassed in the bowl game, this administration will not fire Folden.

The problem with that logic that as always Miami will be looking around for a coaching staff and getting another scrub while the ****** recruiting class fall apart. Add that UM takes 2-3 weeks to fill any vacancy looking for the cheap route leaving a new staff with less than 2 weeks to recruit and salvage an average class at best.
