The truth is no coaching changes will be made. I know everyone will be outraged which will turn into being placated by the end of the off season with promises of improvement. Maybe we improve maybe we do not. But mark this post no coaching changes will be made. And no, mark isnt giving up play calling.

The OP has no idea if changes will or will not be made. Just want to make certain everyone knows that.

Just an opinion, but I agree with you; that's how it's gonna go down. Richt has the full trust of the administration and he made a real point of how he regretted giving up play calling at UGA when he was there. He's not going to give that up at Miami quickly or easily. Also think bringing in a OC/playcaller would mean a complete overhaul of the offensive staff. Brown and Dugans currently have Co-OC titles and likely wouldn't take demotions to just RB coach and WR coach. So bringing in a dedicated OC/Playcaller would likely mean Brown, Dugans and Jon Richt are gone as well as CMR giving up play calling. Just doesn't seem likely. Only changes will come if current coaches get hired away by other schools, like possibly Searles or god forbid Manny gets hired away somewhere.

Truth?

Why do we always get stuck with these delusional losers? Meanwhile a guy like Saban who is at the top still makes coaching changes as he's always looking to improve. USC hires Kingsbury and Tennessee hires Freeze and we're just sitting around doing nothing fully content with having the worst offensive scheme in P5. Why? Because Rick wants to call the plays. You just can't make this **** up. This has reached a level of ridiculousness that I never thought possible. Rick reminds me of an 85 year old man who insists on having the tv remote in his hand only to leave it on the same channel. The one with the non stop Matlock reruns.

Said this a few times, we got the senile version of Bobby Bowden at the helm. The similarities are shocking.

Common sense is not that hard. There will be no changes but go ahead and be the smart guy. Just don’t outsmart yourself like Richt does time and time again

Count me in as one of the ones who will be glad if no staff changes are made, cause its not necessary. Its mainly about player development and growth. Once this team matures, we'll consistently see what we need to see from this team. Coach hartley is one of our good coaches and motivators and people have been silly enuff to call for his job, lol. Part of coaching college football and coaching period is going thru the growing pains, our special teams is growing stronger, to many guys thought they were just going to come in as True freshmen and ball out at their position, but the right of passage is definitely special teams. Guys always talking about they want to do what it takes for the team, than throw them on special teams and they are nowhere to be found. How is it that on our coverage units we normally keep seeing Blades jr. and out of shape looking #39 beat everybody else down field, that's the problem with those young crybabies right their.

*Rite of passage ...... yea once they’re all juniors and seniors we might creep into the top 60 on offense 😂
