There is no way UM doesn't know "Mario's Answer" by now

I keep seeing "what if Mario says no"...I seriously doubt UM is waiting until after the game tomorrow night to see if Mario wants the job (even with lack of organization shown so far). He knows and they know by now. If it weren't him you would have to assume the Kiffin deal would already be done by now or they are just simply keeping Manny...again, as I said before, my gut says Mario is a done deal.

Who’s the girl? 😍

The only thing I would say to that is, does it make sense for Mario to know his own answer if he doesn't know the AD? If you were in his position would you say yes without knowing that? He may be in a position that he's expressed interest depending on the AD hire.

That's the thing about this whole process that is still perplexing me. With Mario and Kiffin on the line how do you manage that without telling them who the AD will be?

Very logical, and you would be right if we had a competent admin and/or a real AD in place. We have neither, and so would not assume this to be the case

I think Mario cares about UM too much to have not told them 'no' by now if 'no' were really his answer.

I would hope that Mario is a done deal but it just seems bizarre to have Danny out there recruiting. What is he gonna say to recruits….come to Miami, I’m leaving? Just seems so weird. I remember when Erickson left….you could tell something was up cause the office was empty before the ink was dry. Anybody been by the coaches office? See any boxes?

I think a lot of us generally feel the same way but there is no such thing as done deal. Thats the concern, anything can happen until the ink is dry. Kinda like a silent commit, your happy your the leader but by no means is it a finished process.

But when your in this position with a candidate above your grade level, you have to suck it up and play the waiting game.

This sounds likely.
