1. Manny the perfect head coach for the community
2. Manny knows the landscaping of the neighborhood
(At least that what I believe)
3. Manny runs the perfect defensive scheme for this area
Attack up field
4. With a better offensive and a kicker things can turnaround quickly

What I didn’t know , Manny was so soft
Manny must make these player fear him and fear fail.

Until then the disease will spread

No coach with Miami ties tend to do very well. The outsiders new to this environment tend to do better, but not all.

So the best attributes OP can think of for Manny is that he "knows the community, and neighborhoods within it". I might have agreed with him a little bit, if he said...Manny made horrible mistakes in hiring his staff, Manny will get better with experience, Manny softened up the team by allowing guys who quit, and go on sabbaticals and return. Manny needs to learn to understand Offense better...etc...

He deserves another year. We could be solid (9 wins) with the right OC. People forget how the Defense flipped the first year when Manny came in.

Manny needs shown the door along with Blake James. He will never turn things around. He finished 6-7 with an incredibly easy schedule. There is no doubt in my mind Golden & Shannon would have both won 10 games this year. Manny oversaw humiliating losses to FIU, Duke, GT, and finally La Tech where they didn’t even get in the red zone. Miami is a laughingstock in the national media and in households everywhere.

Part of my three year old still believes in Santa. However, he has his serious doubts. He believes even less in Manny Diaz.
