He said they wanted to clarify that idle teams can move up. It wasn’t clear last year. To me it means one of two things. They are giving Bama a bit of a runway. Win, or lose close they’ll be no less than 9 imo.

BYU with one loss is ahead of us. But if they drop their game vs TT we’d move up. Then it becomes a ND vs Miami debate. Not Miami vs BYU vs ND. I’m not saying BYU should be ranked above us, but a ND vs Miami debate is drastically different than the three of us.
 
At this point nothing will get us in. The only way Alabama is getting left out is…… not happening. If Alabama got beat by 50 by Georgia I think they would move Texas in over us. Not kidding. I think they would. This was a smack in the face

No we need Bama to win or keep it close. Them dropping gives them the space to slide into 10 and **** us moving ND up.

I think we're better than BYU Bama and OU but I get why BYU is ahead of us. no reason Bama and OU should be ahead of us imo

My point has always been bama would drop with a loss
Maybe they saved them by moving them up on purpose so they drop 1 spot
Protects them and ND
Screws us as well

I don’t see it. If Texas was ever going to be ranked above us it would’ve happened tonight.

If they lose by say 3 to UGA Saturday, UGA would move to #2. Does beating them then losing by one possession warranty dropping behind ND would be question?

this expanded playoff is absolutely stupid.

go back to 4 teams or just go to an NCAA mens hoops model with 26 teams

They just moved Alabama ahead of ND with absolutely no justification. As a matter of fact, Bama should have dropped it anything at all. They told college football they don’t give a fk tonight.
