The video makes me think he is ‘acting” like he thinks a football player would react in a commitment videoing/setting. And then like a lot of actors, he “overacts” and goes even crazier than most kids do in that situation.

As I think back on the video I sincerely think this young man was acting. Nothing about him felt genuine. At least not in his commitment videoing or reaction.

Mario was trying to get a recruiting win, he knows he might be a bust. People around sta think he’s overrated and weird. Also, this kid does not look like a 5 star, his body looks like a mushy 3 star.

After his commit video I didn’t watch any interviews or anything till way later. I thought the same ****. Like that type of energy something was wrong with him. Sometimes though coaches will roll the dice if a player has the intangibles and they should. But after that reaction I was laughing and thought how did they miss this? Or did they? Did they know he was going elsewhere and were low key ok with it. Saban used to do that, make you think he wanted a player let you go off his bluffed eval and go after who he truly wanted.

Hope he does good for himself though but that type of reaction I thought to myself yea this won’t end well. Felt like it was Antonio Brown vibes, it helped me from moping. We good over here
