Jr was sure about Kosi over Rosier to finish the FSU game but daddy wanted Rosier from all the chatter. Jr looked like a genius after. I have to believe Jr being younger understands these guys better and how they relate to today's game. Not daddy though.

Richt then looks for any soft ***' weasel reason to pull Kosi in the next game after one of the most incredible comebacks in the history of this rivalry. Who does that? I can't imagine Jr being pleased.

Seems to me Richt's ego is hurt and is intentionally doing the most irrational thing to save his face (even if it is Jr) in his mind but is really hurting the program. The rift may be between Jr and Daddy and nobody wants to bring it up. When was the last time you saw Jr on the sideline? This is why Richt struggles to give a rational answer when it comes to Rosey. It is no longer about production when that is one the key things this game is built on. Any reasonable coach would yank Rosey for his nationally 3rd rated dual QB stud at this point. It's personal. Father vs Son. Perhaps that is the only logical explanation at this point. Rumors of Richt behind the Kosi leak video almost fits perfectly for his narrative and rationale to out flank Jr. Only a prideful uncompromising unemotional stubborn shiitbag would sabotage his own team....geez what a coincidence. Jr might leave but it may not be the reason we are thinking of.

Be gentle. My comments only.

Dont think there is a rift between the two but I'd be willing to bet Jr is no fan of Rosier.

Assuming your theory to be true... Regardless of their personal relationship if our QBs coach can't convince our HC that he's playing the wrong guy, we're in way deeper **** with those two than I originally thought.

You started somewhere decent then lost all credibility with tin foil hat reference to richt being behind kosi video. That is just beyond dumb.

Crazy shiit happens. And for the record u idiot that was a rumor/chatter as well. I am not claiming that is fact.

People fail to realize but if you don’t know, Jon Richt for better or WORSE is just a further extension of richt, he’s doing WHATEVER Coach Richt is telling him to do. So in that sense this debacle is not necessary on him he’s just a symptom of coach richt’s deficiencies as an offensive coordinator as is malik rosier and to a lesser extent N’Kosi Perry. Just getting rid of him wouldn’t change anything, richt has to be relieved from calling plays completely.

We would have lost to FSU if he didn’t plead for his father to keep N’Kosi in honestly, so he did something lol

At the end of the day Jr probably won't challenge Daddy. But that doesn't mean he can't vent his frustration to the players. Thus, creating some "cancerous" and divisive situations.

The proof is in the results. We do not have a P5 ready QB on the team. That is Jrs responsibility. He is ultimately responsible for their success and failures. Jr doesn’t not have the experience to be a QB coach on any other P5 team other than his fathers team. The AD should have never allowed this hire to happen in the first place. There is a reason nepotism isn’t allowed in most public businesses.

Obviously Jr prefers Kosi. Daddy prefers Rosey. Jr is ****ked. Daddy pulls the boss card. There are no more rabbits or miracles for Jr to pull out of Rosier's P5 reject ***'.

I have to say you make some possible points here. I mean let’s be honest, a father son relationship is not like a mother son. I mean who hasn’t at one time in there life almost hated their father and wanted to even maybe fight him. Theirs no reason to think that the Richts are somehow excluded from that possibility. Maybe that is the rift in the locker room with a faction lining up with son and the other faction lining up with dad on the offensive side of the ball. Who knows, it could happen.

The entire offensive philosophy is flawed but that doesn’t negate the fact that Jr is incompetent. We need an aggressive OC with a modern offense that takes advantage of our skilled players talent and mitigates our substandard offensive line.

Lol. Very true. Not going to lie. There were a few times as a teenager I wanted to lay my pops out. I probably could too. I stopped myself out of respect and love for my Mom.

he shouldn't be on the staff. Its not good to mix family and business. I wont hire family to work for me. They can volunteer but not be an employee. So if Richt Jr wanna help out in da equipment room he can. LOL.

Exactly! The same thing with me as a teenager and I would imagine most of the dudes on here. So it’s definitely a possibility. Of course will never know but who knows, maybe the son wants to play a wide open spread style and he obviously wants N’Kosi in there and not rosier but pops is the boss, so if that’s the case what more can he do.

How do you know Jr is incompetent? Are you in Miami Human Resources or in that room evaluating his performance? 95% of this board wouldn't give a shiit about Jr if Kosi was starting. I'm sure lots of people have been in job situations where it was hard for them to do their jobs because the person above them was a dumbshiit and therefore made your job harder. For Jr, it is double worse because the guy above him is his Dad so naturally you have to obey and not talk back to and the other dude played for daddy so there is a natural alliance.
