Lol @ Banner***s thinking they accomplished anything

mattyports: Dorsett said team saw the "Fire Al Golden" banner pregame. Didn't care. "We saw it, said, 'all right,' and got back to what we were doing."

Yes clearly the banner was directed towards the players

Clearly the banner was meant to get the players to play bad, and not to bring attention to the fact that Golden sucks ****

Manny_Navarro: Duke Johnson on the banner: "It could have landed on the field and I would have paid no attention." #UM

CaneShow do you think the point of the banner was to affect the players or to bring attention to Golden sucking?

The players r not suppose to pay attention or bad mouth the coach, wtf u expect them to say dumb azzz. Lol is duke suppose to cry on tv and say yea fire him.....then nfl teams would stay away from him. We don't know what they r really thinking.

Yeah that must be it:

ByTimReynolds: Every "Golden Canes" level of donor to Miami athletics has honored their commitment for the year. The banner probably won't do much.
ByTimReynolds: @JSpitulnik I get your personal vendetta with the place, but the point is that many influential people aren't at Defcon levels of heat yet.
ByTimReynolds: Am told the guy behind the banner today is making himself available for interviews. It's an attention grab. Move on, folks.

You guys are da real message board heroes.

Tim Reynolds hates anyone getting attention aside from him.

It's some 13 year old teenage girl ph@getry.

What's with people *****ing about a banner? Why is it embarrassing? What's embarrasing is we have been garbage for a decade. That we have 20 people at the game with fake crowd noises from the speakers. That we have a coaching staff that is crying about having games at night. That we have an administration that has no problem letting a once great football powerhouse fall into complete irrevelance rivaling teams like Duke. That's embarrasing. Or should we just shut up and give them our money? Time has really shown this administration has done the right thing and cares so much about this football team huh.

It's adorable that the peasants think a banner with the hashtag "WESTENDZONE" will have even a ounce of influence.

You guys really, truly believe that it's actually going to do something.

Should have just donated the money to a charity, at least you would have gotten some of your minimum wage pennies back.
