You don't need the banner it's stupid. The product on the field, less fans, media bashing, and future losses is what's gonna do it.

That's not the point. The BOT are a bunch of idiots....they have made compounding horrible decisions for the last decade.

But speaking as someone who sits 3 offices away from one of them...I can tell you first hand they HATE this type of attention. It does indirectly make a difference because it causes public outcry and negative exposure. That's usually the genesis of an EVENTUAL change.

Now we just need some more losses to seal the deal. Let's go Cincy.

That's bs too. It's too soon to go there. Randy was fired at the end of 4 seasons, not 3.5. You have no idea yet how it plays out to make that comparison.

If some of you would show the same disappoint and outrage towards the coaches and their results as you do towards the banner maybe we wouldn't have to fly a banner.
