is that he has zero pulse on this job especially when he talks likes he does. Al Golden lost this fanbase and team with his excuses, bad hires and scheme. Richt lost us on his stubborness and unwillingness to change. So for Manny being a Miami guy who appears to have followed our program closely should know exactly what isn't going to fly here and has failed to learn from others mistakes before him. Every time he speaks he like Golden believes that what he is saying is something the media and fans are buying. His blaming of the media for misconstruing his "rebuild" comment is insulting to them and us because Miami fans of all fans smell BS better and faster than any fan base which he should know if he had a pulse on this job. The Miami media is typically pretty soft on our Head Coach and this move will do him no justice one bit. Yes, he is a first time head coach and there is a learning curve which we all expected but Manny at this rate is sinking like the Titanic.

I do have a comment...have you ever seen the tv show bait car?? It's all good when you get the car, but when it cuts off and the doors lock you are no where fast and at the mercy of the police. Same concept of betting on Miami football.

But in all seriousness the worst thing about him is he’s a garbage:
-gameday coach
-recruiter
-evaluator of staff

He will go the way of al and randy if he doesn’t fire Enos, Baker, Banda, maybe Stubbs, stroud and patke. In the case of stroud and patke maybe just demote them. And regarding a DC he needs to go out and get a real one and not a puppet. That way there can be real bouncing around of ideas and schemes
