The Work: Canes Camp 3 Recap

Any word on how Malcolm Lewis looks? I read he lost a good amount of weight. Any chance he contributes?

The 2016 Canes would easily win The Biggest Loser from what I've been hearing.

Defense usually always win the first few days in pads.

If Colbert does win the other CB job, does Redwine have the speed to keep up with the slot?

Jenkins is going to make himself alot of money this year....

The 3rd CB on the depth chart doesn't necessarily have to play the slot in nickel. They can move Elder inside in nickel and let Redwine play on the edge with Colbert

My thought process was something like that....

Wonder if he got his quickness back from freshman year. Don't think he has ever been the same since he got hurt

That's basically what I'm curious about. We know all of our guys were a lot slower than they should have been with all the extra weight. I know he was injured freshman year, but he was prob playing too heavy as well

Best news hearing OL and CB play being solid. Those two are the units we're most concerned about. We need 8 solid OL to get thru season. CB's will have a vastly improved DL to reduce pressure on them. Man I can't wait to sit my *** in those stands for the FAU game.

God I hope Adrian Colbert can take control of that other corner spot. I really like Redwine but having another option emerge would go a looooong way to shoring up our biggest weakness. We have a few guys that can play nickel but we're hella thin on the outside.

Someone needs to find the video of Searles calling one of the OL a fat ***. It was hilarious. Saw it earlier but can't find it again
