The Work - Canes Camp #1

thanks...I'm pumped...this is a more talented team than last years easily.....especially on the defnesive side of the ball.

It's staggering to see how many upvotes this received.

- We lost two first-round picks (Flowers & Dorsett), other premier talent (Perryman, Duke, and Walford), a talented player who's college career was ruined by incompetent coaching/excessive bulking (Chickillo), and others who will likely make their NFL team (Gunter and Feliciano).

- We lost multiple starters along the most questionable position group on the team (OL).

- After all that talent moved on to the next level, we brought in a recruiting class that was depleted by widespread decommitments, lacked Miami speed, featured barely any top talent from our own backyard, and finished just inside the Top 30 nationally.

People actually believe this team is easily more talented than last year's when taking all that into consideration? Or that it makes any difference with the staff we have in place? Holy crap...

You have to look at what that 2015 recruiting class replaces in totality, not just a few guys. The 2015 class replaces the 2011 class and any 2010 redshirts. Take a look back at who we signed in those years (and who was still on the roster and contributing last year). We are getting deeper and more talented in total. OL is really the only question mark on the field and that is due to experience and chemistry and not the talent level. Even further, look at the 2014 class and then the 2010 and 2009 redshirts that it replaces. You guys do math that supports your own pathetic point of view. We are talking about talent, not the coaching.

Pete , now since you have practice access to the team y'all need to cleanup this board and get it back to the old caneinsight. Can't risk losing your recently granted privileges due to some of the trolls and penates on this board... Seriously though

Yah Pete...let's censor everyone and only let employees, friends of the family, and people that really don't care or have any semblance of intelligence to post. We can all hold hands, sing "Kumbaya", and talk about how great things are within the program right now and try to find new and exciting ways to keep this decade long run of dominance going.

It's hilarious to see that dude say "the old canesight". Many of us have been here from day 1 and represent what he majority of those posters are feeling right now.

Bring the WEZ's that left back over here and every single post on the first page will mention firing Golden...not even Pete's practice reports will stay at the top very long.

I been here since Pete left caneinsider

And we've all been here from 10 minutes after the site was created. The genesis of this site was basically an exodus from the long time posters from Grassy ...only after Grassy started doing some of the same exact ****ing retarded things you suggested above...like censoring.

I can tell you have absolutely zero clue what "old canesight" is. Many of us are still here...but the rest are now in the WEZ. Go over there on a gameday and you'll get a better sense for what "old canesight is".

I have been on there for years, I just don't post as much

I can see why

Don't have the time to even bother with it anymore

Idgaf, I dont enjoy bashing players, wishing for my team to lose and disarray of the team I claim to love like some of the posters on here either...

When the **** have you EVER seen me bash a player?

If it still needs to be explained to you why it's so important that we lose game this year.....then you're hopeless. Those of us "rooting for losses" love the program just as much as you do...we just see the bigger picture.

If the shoe fits.... And for the record I said some posters and it wasn't aimed directly at you I have certainly seen you do the the others things I posted including wishing for losses and the other thing as well.

That shoe is about 4 sizes too small then smart guy...cause all my bashing is directed at the administration and the bafoons currently running the day to day operations of the football program. Get a clue before you continue posting nonsense.

What about you telling recruits not to come here on this board and social media?

Again...that's you posting nonsense and confusing me for someone else.

I think (or at least hope) that most people feel this is the most talented DEFENSE we have had in a few years. (def more talented then last year) Overall? Not more talented then last year.

I like DJacks mentality. In order to be great, you have to first think it. And work at it. This defense will be improved if the light has come on for two people in particular..Michael Wyche and Chad Thomas. A dominating Dline will make this whole defense look good.

As far as offense is concerned...we just have to wait and see.

You are forgetting one thing on defense. AQM. Quan will have a huge impact on the defensive line. No question about it.

It's still talented and will be a better team, most of those players cared about their draft stock, come on now let's not just sit here and act like there is no talent on the team. Even with those losses talent wise, this is a top 15 team...

Most of those players cared about their draft stock? That's your response?

Does that include Clive Walford, who sprinted 80 yards to tackle a Virginia player and save a touchdown in a completely meaningless game at the end of the year? Clearly he wasn't putting the team first.

Or how about Duke Johnson, who ran his heart out against Virginia Tech carry after carry until Golden facepalmed himself on national television for continuing to run him into the ground late in the 4th quarter with a 24-point lead? Had nearly 30 carries in that game and suffered an injury scare late, but he was clearly being selfish.

Did you mean Denzel Perryman and Anthony Chickillo? Two players who were bloated beyond belief because of Golden's "weight over everything" philosophy, but still gave their all to execute their assignments no matter how much these coaches hurt their draft stock? If only Golden had come up with the #Wefense hashtag sooner, maybe they could've been saved.

You're the same guy who talks about how certain posters should be removed from the board because of the things they say, but THIS is the type of response you come up with? Taking a completely baseless shot at departed players because you're sick of these coaches being rightfully ripped to shreds by others?

Duke mihgt have had his fumbles but his soph year he sacrificed his body and single handily won us some games.

Not sure the dp and chick bloating is all the staffs fault because they have encouraged kids to lose weight too.

We had anonymous players sit there and tell you that some of those guys who left saved themselves for the draft and were average at best leaders... What else more do you need to hear? It hurts when you hear that but it is what it is

He did but he some of those fumbles were very costly including South Carolina and Nebraska game where we had tons of momentum

They only believe the players who say what they want, all of the other players they claim are liars.

LOL. This guy is a piece of work

"Tons of momentum" in games we were TRAILING against teams we should have been BEATING. Do you not understand the concept that if we were actually a decently coached team and WEREN'T GIVING UP 1,000 RUSHING YARDS IN A SINGLE GAME TO NEBRASKA we wouldn't have to be playing from behind in the first place?

For a guy who champions "support the players"...you sure are quick to cast blame in a passive manner. Nevermind the find he was one of our best players.

Bottom line..point the blame where it belongs. Here's a hint...it's not the players.

If you're looking for an intelligent, well thought out, cohesive reply you're barking up the wrong tree homeboy.

Gotta love the new Hero of the Stupid, Broke. Broke comes on here yapping about how he's all Cane and he's sick of the negativity from the guys who hate Folden. Then, he turns around and spreads rumors about how all the players who went to the NFL this year were selfish. He's a puppet for whatever new catch phrase or movement Folden engineers to blame the players for his failures.

These superfans like Broke and his crew of dolts, who are crawling out of their holes now that the season is nearly upon us, love the coaches, not the players. They love bagging on the players and consider themselves to be positive and upbeat. Fcking weirdos.
