Rushing would be dumb to decommit. Looks like Louisville is bringing in Petrino.

Lamar Thomas is joining Petrino in Louisville

Randy Shannon as DC & Lamar Thomas as a assistant....

:ohlord:

Immediate #2 or #3 team in the ACC? Clemson, UofL, & FSpugh all in one ACC division. ****.

Bruce Feldman ‏@BFeldmanCBS 53m

Seen speculation abt Randy Shannon going w/ Bobby Petrino to be his DC at #Louisville. Heard from source that probably won't happen

Louisville will give us a hard time until Petrino leaves them a smoldering hole in the Earth 3 years from now.

We have learned former #canes player and WKU wide reciever coach Lamar Thomas is expected to join Bobby Petrino at Louisville

Not a knock on Lamar at all, but it looks like Louisville really is trying to set itself up to grab as much South Florida talent as it can and at least be the next stop for the kids that don't go with the Big Three. Smart move.

I will wait to see it. Louisville forum thinks they get him. Also pretty sure Feldman said just two days ago Petrino to Louisville would be unlikely.

Lenius is a take regardless of what happens with Griffin, as one is a WR and one will likely grow into a TE.

That and kids that may have some grade troubles.

So we went from being set a DT to having 2 dudes: Jenkins and Moten.

Siiiick.

Valentine, Kaaya, and Yearby are recruits 1, 2, and 3 in this class.

If we don't get Valentine again, in essence, we are losing our #1 recruit in this class. THAT is a failure. Despite the rest of the guys we have coming which for the most part are great.

Losing Valentine would be a catastrophe of monumental proportions.

That is a FACT.

WE are still set at DT moron.

I'm not ruling Valentine completely out, but I do agree that the Golden stuff is being used as an excuse. It will be tough to get him back

He gone.

I've seen enough. Everyone with half a brain knows Valentine is not going to come back to us.

Why? Because Golden is an incompetent loser. His complete incompetence in terms of recruiting DT's literally defies description.

How in the **** can this imbecil manage to lose the most talented and crucial commit at DT? How could this fraud go three days without returning Valentine's and other recruits phone calls.

How does this administration put up with such egregiously gross negligence and deriliction of his duties as the head coach here?

The bottom line is we are losing Valentine because Fat Albert was too busy flirting with Ped state to actually do the job he is being paid for.

And even if that was just an excuse by Valentine to decommit it still does not excuse Golden and it boils down to Big Fat Al Tin losing another crucial recruiting battle.

I've seen enough and I'm sure it won't be long before the targets in the class of 2015 and 2016 do too.

He knows he has been unmasked by the fans here and he thought he could get out to PUS where they won't have any expectations anytime soon. He knows there is no more NCAA to hide behind and he knows that he is incapable of delevering the goods. That is why he seems so stressed.

I was a huge Golden supporter but the sooner we get rid of this poser bum the better.

We are far from set at DT. Finding talented and dominating prospects at DT is very difficult. We haven't had a dominating DT since Vince Wilfork. Losing Valentine would be a major blow to this class and the program.

Thank you. If you think we are set at DT, then I don't even know where to begin.

Even with Wyche and Huertedontknowhisname making it in, we return Corey King, Earl Moore, OP and have two kids still in HS in Jenkins and Moten that despite their great effort, are not nearly at the level of Mr. Valentine.

Doesn't matter dude, they are getting merked in the 4th quarter of recruiting AGAIN. Yeah we got a solid base but you got to add to it. You can't fail to land even a SINGLE guy out of: Cook, Lane, Rudolph, Jackson, Valentine, Griffin. That's straight up ****.

Griffin appears to be grades, staff can't be blamed for that one. The others, agree. You would think we close on at least one. Cook and Lane seemed like the least likely as with Yearby, Powell, and Duke, would it make sense for a back to come in with that or go to FSU where Freeman and Philips will be gone sooner?

PT had what is on the roster also plays into it, so Cook not coming has that angle, and Lane's reach around on Cook level is epic. Never seen anything like it.

I think one name that should be added to the miss list is Sony also.

the staff can be blamed however for going after kids that can't qualify. i mean if A&M knew better than why the **** are we putting so much effort to get him here. that's effort that could be used on kids that can actually qualify. it's like they're not doing their research
