The whole Miami program needs to....

I like anyone else love the 2001 team but I really think its time to give it a rest already. Its 2020 and we aren't ever getting back anywhere near this again. Some of the kids on the team were not even born yet. The only thing some of these kids remember is us sucking ***.

That's exactly what they don't need to do. One of the many problems we've got is that for years players have been better at imagining themselves on the great teams than working like those guys did. They all think they're going to bring us back but they don't have the hunger. They see the flash and dancing, but not the workd..All that video will do is make them waste time they could be working.

We need more leaders... Competitive guys that love football, hate to lose, and will do whatever it takes to get on the field; especially at QB.

Unfortunately I agree with the majority here. The players on this squad and everyone going forward have no clue what it takes to reach that level of dominant play. Let alone simply quality production. This current generation and all players going forward must have a desire and commitment to do whatever it takes to make their history of success.

Don't need to watch.

I've seen the entire run since the early 80s (and before).

The OC and OL coach we've brought in seem like quality ones.

I just don't know how it'll work out with the HC that they report to.

He's clearly in over his head.

And he's not tall to start with.

Way to support.

I can't even watch it I don't have a VHS player

We need upper classmen to man up and hold people accountable. I dont think anyone on our team is that guy to punk someone for acting like a *****. Everyone is too casual. These old school teams had grown men that would fight you if you deserved a beat down. I'm not saying the team should just scrap all the time but some people need to earn the right to speak and have the team listen.
Until we have mature, fearless leaders our team will underachieve.

Aye, if there were guys smoking, or sneaking out to party before a game - there should have been some Old-Fashioned-Country-***-Whippings.

I guarantee, Ed Reed, Alonzo Highsmith, and another fifty team leaders over the years would have "schooled" any such dumbasses on THEIR team.

Kids today think they can strap on a U helmet and play like those guys. Ain't happening. Those guys in those old videos are not staying in Miami or coming to Miami in the numbers they did way back during the 20th century.
