If people are stupid enough to think dIAZ will turn the program around cause he beat an overrated team then you should be hired at Miami in the admin department and get a hefty pay raise. He has been here 5-6 years. dEFENSE still sucks, cant recruit quality LBs since he has been here. Dont forget how bad the CB room was for awhile. bad tackling, bad scheme, bad angles, bad pretty much everything during the season. But he is the off season champ

I don’t understand these ‘nightmare scenarios’ that people are worried about.

We know diaz’s coaching ability and limitations, if those remain (99% they will) then we will be out coached enough to lose more games this year.

If he runs the table and wins the ACC, then he will have fixed the problems.
There is no way this Miami team wins out AND remains poorly coached.
Well, it could happen, but highly unlikely.

Relax, enjoy the rest of the season and hope more than anything that the ADMIN get addressed first

I have worried about this myself. The leadership of the University does NOT want to fire Manny Diaz. They will be looking for any improvements to keep him another year. That being said Kenny Pickett's going to light us up. So we won't win out.
