Yes we need to recruit nationally. But **** it’s nice to have the talent we have in our own backyard.

Ball finds him.Fritz is another star in the making imo he’s a ball hawk
He plays the ball instead of the player he’s covering .Got instincts like a 4th- or 5th-year player
Fitzgerald treats a football in the air as something that the DB and WR are both trying to catch. That is not what 99% of DB’s do. They feel like they are defending the player. Bryce just waits for the ball to be thrown and he acts like the WR. As though the pass was thrown to Bryce. He plays the ball instead of the player he’s covering .

Its hard to believe that Bryce was such a controversial recruit with so many negative takes on CIS. Hindsight is 20/20. If he showed any desire to tackle in HS would've been a 5*Fitzgerald treats a football in the air as something that the DB and WR are both trying to catch. That is not what 99% of DB’s do. CIS was extremely divided. But there was a reason all the coaches at all the schools wanted him, he’s a playmaker. He’s going to be a star. He’s made the biggest play of the season with under 30 seconds to play. True freshman. He should never leave the field. Find some plays for him on offense as well. Dare I say it, he's got a Ed Reed like nose for the ball. Not saying he's Ed Reed, but he's got that "it" factor that you simply can't teach. Definitely, but Ed Reed was getting beat early in his career. He was beat over the top against Penn State. But by the middle of his sophmore season, we all saw what he was becoming. Bryce is a true freshman making all these plays. Now Ed got better every season from hard work on and off the field. Whether Bryce does that remains to be seen. But I would argue he is one year ahead of Reed as to when the talent became obvious and impactful; Reed the sophomore, Bryce the freshman.Dare I say it, he's got a Ed Reed like nose for the ball.
