It is worse now than it was when the NCAA put us on probation and took 30 scholarships.

It is worse than it was when Brian Monroe was playing WR.

It is worse than it was before Schnelly took over.

I remember what it was to think the program was in trouble when Arizona beat us in the Fiesta Bowl. We are FAR from that.

Now we have apologists and people who have a mindset that think giving out participation trophies is a good thing.

It's sucks but it's not worse than any of those situations. We're an average QB and new OC from being great.

Two things that can be fixed.

The only question is if CMR has the recruiting chops to get us a QB and guts and self awareness to fire himself and his son so new coaches can get him where he needs to be.

I agree...but IF those changes arent made....my post says where we are
 
that wont change anything ....wed still have a QB coach that cant develop anybody and wed still have Richt's complacency and mediocrity infecting the team

Also need a new OL coach

Nope.... we are stuck with a stubborn *** head coach... UGa tried that before...

Yea Go... you are right.

The worry is that richt won’t see what is so obvious to the rest of us. It is a mirror image of the golden debacle, and we know how that went down.
 
Miami will never be back again.

We do not have the correct people at the top and that is not changing any time soon. Rick sucks, just like the previous coaches, but the problem is so much bigger than Rick.

Miami is a program like Nebraska. Big time program back in the day but cannot simply compete in modern day college football.

Nah we are a lot more than that. We need a new OC, QB, LB, and OL coach. Almost everything with the offense needs a change and our LBs need better coaching, NC they got ******* thrash last night.

i just can’t buy that. The rarest commodity in CFB is talent, Nebraska can’t get it, Miami does.

We need a QB, and an OC.
 
Ask yourself this, if richt retires tomorrow who does the school hire?

If you don’t think it’s Schiano, Manny or Mario then you haven’t been paying attention

Some folks here don’t want to believe it but it’s true. A clean cut program is priority number one for the people in charge. If you win, great, if not eh. they don’t care.

Nobody here wants to believe it but ... we'll compete for an NCAA basketball championship before we get to play for another one in football. Just the realities that exist for a school of our size and resources these days.
 
people who think we just need a QB and new OC to compete for championships must not watch this team.

roster is a mess.

recruiting is reeeeeally subpar.

OL worse than ever.

LBs horrific. tackling atrocious.

and special teams are a total ****jng joke.

This is how it truly feels right now, its scary for some to thin kand it sucks to face reality but this is probably true and we are all here holding on to a sinking ship. It sucks but im 99.9% sure that this is the truth
 
The recruiting class is on the clock to be raided and there is nothing we can do about it. The product on the field is not good.
