The staff needs to make some changes to the safety, striker, and lber positions

The safety play aside from Bolden has been lackluster. Bolden was flashing at USC as a true freshman. Kid was going to be a baller anywhere. I don’t buy that Banda is the reason he’s flourishing. Some people have it. Bubba is a gamer.

Also Banda still thinks Carter is a saftey, put him at WILL for Christ’s sake already. May as well throw the young kids in the fire because Carter is just to slow in the backend.

look back at the linebacker play of Spence and McCarty under Shannon/Barrow. Compared to the guys Diaz is coaching up. Big difference but the the talent is available to him in Brooks and Austin-Cave he just won’t play them consistently.

whoever coaching strikers is doing a good job. Frierson was not getting it done. He benched him for Smith, now Frierson is playing at a higher level and so is Smith. This guy gets it

Huh? Banda coached Bolden last year. And I would say he’s coached Bolden longer then his USC coach did. Banda gets credit for Boldens development.

Lmao! Here we go with this BS. The “coach XYZ doesn’t get credit for player XYZ” nonsense. How about Hall just isn’t as good as we thought he would be? Why can’t that just be what it is?

They both can be true, Bubba Bolden could have transferred anywhere & balled though so I don’t get why your so emotional

Man I’m starting to think some of you really thought we would win this game the way you are acting today. How about we just get back to beating the UNCs and GTs and VTs of the world before we claim to be “dragon slayers”. That will make me happy.

Learn to read, I said I thought it should be competitive. Disregard that to fit your narrative though!

Bolden would be having an AA type season had he stayed at USC. Good day Sir.

Ummm no he doesn’t. Bolden was gone ball regardless that’s what he was brought in. Banda wants some credit? He needs to turn his recruits into Bolden type of players. I think he’s on track with both Williams for next year and the kid from the West. But right now he can’t claim Bolden’s success
 
Pope has no business playing, Restrepo needs more seasoning, Harley has fallen off. As a whole those receivers need a ton of work, they asked for more work got it and now cant keep up with the work. Playing like this you deserve Penos and Pricht.
 
I'm just waiting for Carter to target the ref. It's the only thing missing from his highlight film.

Guy tries though and is a throwback player. I can't be mad at that and Lawrence and wasn't down yet when he got tossed.

I do understand why the refs make that call, but that's not the game I grew up with. Same with Smiths play. He didn't drive through Lawrence and the game moves fast. I'm not sure how you're supposed to tackle anymore.

I agree to an extent but it was the defense that made the mental errors at the start of the game that got us behind the 8 ball in the first place. And also had terrible miscues during vitql moments of the game... like McCloud getting knocked out of a whole by a TE then Ivey adding fuel to the fire on the very same play that led to Etiennes TD run. Smh 🗑
 
Our LB recruiting has been a disgrace.

These dudes have the agility of a fully loaded armored truck.

One of them couldn't even out run Clemson LT.

There use to be a saying that you couldn't run east or west on Miami LB but that hasn't been the case for some time.

Brooks made some plays last night but you can't expect one LB out of 3 to be able cover the entire field.
