The bull**** they feed is that it's where the ball is when the defender first makes contact. Never mind the fact that he was running.

It makes no sense. It should be where the ball carrier is tackled.

I thought Emory first carry, the second defender came in, I though it was helmet to helmet : plus a late hit on Emory when in the pocket, dude launch at him, Emory looked like he had some cobwebs.
