The revenge of reality. We dont play up.

You have to be the biggest coward on the boards.

Shame, because by all accounts you're pretty cool in person.

You spammed the boards with Fedora/Fuente posts all 2016, then absolutely disappeared last year after our 10-0 start.

We lose a bad game and you're back with your garbage posts.

It's not even about your points. Some of the points you make here are legit. It's the way you come on strong when we lose, but disappear when we win. It's just dumb.

I don't disappear when we win.

And my Fedora posts clearly stated that I thought he was a clown and a Corch, but more than a match for Richt even with awful teams. (One lucky win against a horrible UNC team in '17 , one humiliating loss at home against a inferior UNC in 2016, and one sloppy but blowout win vs one of the worst teams in all football this year, is hardly proof I was wrong)

Fuente is 1-1 vs Richt, with a rebuilding, inferior team, and I don't know anyone who thinks we roll maybe the worst VT team in decades this year, hardly refuting my opinion that Fuentes is far better than Richt.

But I see your point, I should criticize Richt, for his low energy, poor game planning, coaching, playcalling more after wins. ;)

I enjoy the enlightening posts about how they need to fire/hire coaches and run a far more complicated offense. I mean if the coaches would only read CIS, they'd win the natty every year.

Yes. Just like the most of the site was saying Donaldson was playing out of position, but Richt slurpers said he knew what he was doing. Last year I defended Rick on the GT onside kick that blew up in his face. I believed him when he said he saw a tendency on film and wanted to exploit it. I saw it too, GT had an empty area where the ball was kicked. The problem was that special teams looked like they had barely practiced it and even our smartest player, Berrios looked lost. Figured that it was just a brain fart. But time after time, I kept seeing a team that was not well coached. UVA didn't "beat" Miami in a herculean effort. They simply played safe defense and let the offense shoot itself in the foot. That is on the coaches. When it's been happening for 3 years, the only remedy left is a coaching change.

Teams play as they practice and take on the personality of thier coach. Sayings are often true.

The late great honorable humble John W. Wooden once told a college hoops scribe... OUR games are won in PRACTICE!! No ifs, buts or hUh. Of course, it helps to have the talent he had during all those national championship runs and all that.

I suggest you save that good ol' boy blabbering and what not. Because CMR is SAFELY going to remain in Thee Gables for the next next three seasons! Read 2019, 2020 and 2021. And the only way your fantasy MATERIALIZES is if CMR resigns after a crappy unexpected season. Say 5-7 or 6-6.

so fire the coach, hire a new one and the same cycle repeats. offer a good realistic alternative and were all ears.

You don't think Fuente/Manny Diaz would have done better than Richt/Manny?

fuente lost to ODU and just got destroyed by GT at home on primetime so no i dont think he'd do better and also he wouldn't have hired manny diaz either

that wasn't the worst VT team in a decade. you gotta go back to the one we beat w al at like noon at SLS for that one. fuente isnt this darling and VT fans want him gone already, as well. every fan base does this nonsense. maybe when this one realizes that we have 2 bowl wins in 15 years or so and were more duke than even VT in football in that period, the better wed be. give a coach (any coach) time to legit rebuild. you cant expect an national title in year 3 coming off a 15 year period of bad football and poor or mismanaged recruiting.

Cant wait to see the backlash reaction by fans on social media when Corch Richt comes out and runs 2 straight inside zone running plays followed by an all verts route to start the 'offensive' (Pun intended) campaign against BC...then of course the shankapotamus takes the field for a 15 yard punt...Lmao

There’s some truth here. How many times have we dominated an inferior opponent start-finish. Way way way less times then we’ve played down and had barn burners with teams who shouldn’t be on the same field as us.
And there’s truth that the sun rises every morning. But to go on Cloudy Weather Lovers Insight and repeat that every day is **** brained.

We need a bombastic coach who screams and yells the entire game like Yama Yama Man and wears a baseball cap with the word “COACH” on it in nondescript block font. Then we will win for sure because coaches have to be like Red Bellieu.

So, now that it's not "Game Day", reality can continue to take it's revenge upon the program and the Richt suckers
