Okie dokie, didn’t know that. I thought you were giving Crazy the bird. My bad chi, on to your post which was really well written. I just threw highsmith name out there because of what happened last year with him coming in and taking away foo5ball authority from blake. In the end Chi, I just want Miami for once in my lifetime to take football seriously and actually attempt with there best ability to build a championship program succeed or fail. not just Hashtags #building champions BS that still hasn’t been done in Blake’s tenure. I just want to see the attempt/effort. And hiring a guy that doesn’t know the difference between football and hockey who was in charge of selling tickets is not taking the U brand seriously. And letting that guy make the same mistake his predecessor made in hiring a minority head coach DC with no head coaching experience from a failed staff so you can check your PC/virtue signaling boxes and be applauded for how “brave” you are at the next south Florida “elites” country club party is not taking the U brand seriously. An eye opening acc coaches survey came out a year ago and the unanimous opinion from the coaches in our league was that Miami needs to make a decision whether they are gonna start taking themselves and football seriously or not because the thought out of coral gables is that U on the helmet is all that’s needed to be relevant. Smh That was really alarming to me and just shows how deep the ROT goes in the Hecht/admin. And there is no band aides big enough to fix that cancer anymore. The only hope is a full house cleaning. Step 1 the faction of the BOT that’s wants a championship football program takes control from the E before W ***** and corrupt manny Diaz Senior clone Epstein and tells them to kick rocks. Step 2 that bot faction now in control fires blake and hires the best AD available for the job with full autonomy to start running this athletic Dept and program like a real program, hence, taking this football thing seriously. Step 3 that AD cleans house in the Hecht of the wine and cheese virtue signaling crowd that holds no one accountable and only cares about how we look in our uniforms and if we’re inclusive enough and replaces them with here’s a genius idea, actual football/athletic people. Then The coup de grace step 4 that new AD fires manure, takes his TIME and hires the best head coach available that’s has a vision and a never ending burning desire to win and win big with a track record of doing so. Some names like Bill Clarke and Gary Patterson come to mind off the top of my head. This university is on its last leg and I’m sure the ACC isn’t happy with its what they thought was football investment in bringing UM to the ACC. It’s now or never time for this university or UCF on its way to the big 12 is about to take our spot in the big 3 of this state as that university is hungry and it shows in everything they do football/athletics wise, basically the exact opposite of everything we do here at UM.
 
Let me do a little preemptive strike here for when we beat APPALACHIAN STATE.

Yes it was an Anonymous survey but it just shows what our fellow acc coaches and conference thinks about Suntan U. They think we’re a joke, and theyre right. Numbers don’t lie, the last 18 years in the conference has been a how too list of how to fall from the top of CFB to the bottom of the worst division in all of college football. My man Fieldman should write a sequel to his book Cane Mutiny called Cane Decent about the fall of of Miami. Because UM has single handily figured out exactly how to go from the top to the bottom of CFB with ruthless efficiency and speed. They could write a book on this for other universities that are sick of dealing with football, fans and their past winning ways. They can name the BooK “How to get rid of your fans and expectations for dummies”. USC might think about buying it, maybe even Nebraska.

It's no secret ....the whole college football world knows exactly the type of administration we have in place.
 
Not a fair assessment. They're extraordinarily committed to diversity and inclusion. They're also committed to preparing these young men for life after their college athletic experience.
