Didnt see it listed anywhere in a thread so I thought I'd lay it out here.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dec. 20th - @ Texas A & M. College Station, TX

Dec. 31st -
against Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl - Dallas, TX.

Jan. 8th -
against the winner of UGA vs Tulane/Ole Miss winner in the Fiesta Bowl - Phx, AZ.

Jan. 19th -
against the Indiana/Texas Tech/Oregon/OU/Bama bracket winner - HARD ROCK STADIUM, Miami, FL.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My random thoughts - please add your own:

* Coming in I thought OU and TAMU were the most beatable higher seeds. I really like how we matchup with TAMU.

* Kyle Field is an awesome experience and a massive stadium, but its not all that loud. Their fans are mundane people and its a very "open air" type of environment.

* I like the fact that Ohio State will not have played in nearly a month and we get a week and a half between the TAMU and OSU games.

Man if we make it to the championship game it'd be essentially a home game for us. So sick.

And we'd be the lower seed, so the team would have to dress in the opponent's locker room and the other team would get dressed in the Canes locker room. Crazy huh?

Texas A&M, Ohio State, Georgia, Oregon is how I would like to see it play out. These storylines will be epic and Miami can get #6 at home.

Yes!

A win over TAMU proves the Canes belong in the first place
A win over Ohio State exorcises the demons of the 2022 Fiesta Bowl (sort of)
A win over Georgia quiets the Carson Beck haters
A win over Oregon gives Miami and Mario NC #6, at home, over Mario's former employer

Add in beating Notre Dame on the field and for the final spot in the CFP and you got yourself another 30 for 30

lol really ?

Yes. There's actually a story from decades ago when we played Nebraska in the Orange Bowl. I wanna say 1988 maybe??

Nebraska was the Big Eight Champion and thus was the home team for the Orange Bowl against Miami. We asked Nebraska if we could use the home locker room since it was ours. Nebraska's AD said no, so we had to dress in the opponent's locker room in our home stadium.
