The other side effect of playing to lose

It sure looks like half our defense is a step slower right now. Bain, Mesidor, Thomas (and others)all look slower and/or banged up. Maybe if we put teams away, and that goes all the way back to week 1, we wouldn’t have to play them 60+ snaps a game. Just one more thing to chalk up to tuff and fyzical not being a smart way to play.

I can understand guys like Bain being slower at the end of games.Not only are they chasing the QB all day but they’re also expending a LOT of energy fighting through holds all game that aren’t getting called for the most part.

It’s like trying to run with a 300 pound weight attached to you.

Offensive line looks weaker and isn’t digressing in their ability to focus
